Curious footprints at Kentmere Farm Pods in the Lake District

Can you identify these strange marks we found on our Family Farm in the Lake District? They were left in the dusting of snow last week,

I couldn't work it out until I heard Bruce, Ingrid and Astrid quacking in the orchard! They had been loitering outside the backdoor, waiting for some corn. Depending on the way you look at these prints, they look like birds in flight. Creative ducks!!
