Spring is a great time to stay on a farm
At Kentmere Farm Pods nature is celebrating the arrival of spring. The trees are greening up with Herdwick sheep enjoying the new grass drifts of bright buds and tiny blossom. Snowdrops at Kentmere Farm pods - a sign of spring!
Snowdrops at Kentmere Farm Pods Such simple, pure white flowers arriving in both small clumps and large swathes on the farm. Always a sign of optimism after a chilly winter! Even the daffodils are peeking out as green buds but no flowers yet. In winter the valley is stunning with frosty days and dramatic skies.
